Kress to the position of President and Suzanne Nebe Mullenhour to the role of Vice President, Sales and Solutions Delivery. Founder Bob Scaccia, will be assuming the full-time strategic leadership position of CEO after leading the organization as both its president and CEO during the company’s recent growth in embedded systems.
Michael A. Kress brings 40 years of leadership in engineering and product development to his role as President. Since joining the company in 2023, he has rapidly progressed into executive leadership, driving strategic growth while overseeing project delivery. A co-founder of Applied Vision, Kress helped grow the company into a global leader in machine vision systems. He has extensive experience across systems, hardware, and software engineering, contributing to hundreds of products and dozens of U.S. and international patents.
Suzanne Nebe Mullenhour brings over 20 years of experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver customized, talent-driven solutions. As Vice President of Sales and Solutions Delivery, she excels at aligning the engineering expertise of USA Firmware, with the unique goals and objectives of organizations ranging from global enterprises to emerging startups. Mullenhour’s collaborative approach bridges sales strategy, relationship management and workforce development — helping companies access the right talent and technology to accelerate innovation and growth.
